While each employee will have primary assignments, all employees will participate in the operation of the company in work, project, and cross-functional teams. Because our company vision requires that all employees be capable of full participation in improving our designs, processes, and procedures, all employees must have proficiency in speaking and understanding conversation in business English and skill in working with people with a variety of personalities, backgrounds, and educational accomplishments.
As we build our facilities, we will place great emphasis on recruiting and hiring from the local labor force as part of our pledge to contribute to the communities we serve. Scipio hopes to support educational and training programs to develop skills in the next generations of Scipio employees.
